ArcFrame Ecosystem — Human-Directed AI Workflow Architecture

The working method behind my projects: shared context, explicit decisions and recoverable review across AI tools, with final judgment remaining human.

The problem

AI-assisted work becomes fragmented across tools, chats, files and unfinished outputs. Speed rises while ownership, continuity and quality become harder to see.

What I built

I am developing a shared architecture that gives each tool a distinct role, carries context and evidence between projects, and keeps acceptance, rejection and publishing decisions with the human operator.

PatternStructureMeaning

Structured, readable visual intelligence.

Dense inputs become proof people can understand, inspect and use.

Working evidence · Composite artifact

Thesis, operating structure and later audit material held in one preserved visual record.

From orchestration thesis to operating proof.

This composition began with “Orchestration Is the New Leverage,” then accumulated material from later ArcFrame workflow and audit experiments. It shows the idea moving into operating structure, comparison and human review.

Composite provenance — original article thesis plus later triadic workflow and internal audit material. The right-side “Original purpose” panel was added retrospectively; the displayed scores are an internal audit snapshot, not client performance claims.

What you can see now

  • Federated holism: shared purpose and evidence with distinct roles and boundaries
  • Reusable checkpoints, build-status records and review gates across live projects
  • Public proof assets spanning apps, articles, visual systems and published work
